By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. pk364 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified to pk364's satisfaction.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pk364. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk364 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held within them, and void any bets or game results generated by those accounts.
3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. pk364 may request supporting documentation — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from pk364 are not permitted to re-register. If a self-excluded individual successfully opens a new Account, pk364 will close that Account immediately upon discovery, return any Real Funds deposited, and void any winnings generated during the period of self-exclusion.
3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. pk364 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law. Pakistani players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of pk364 is lawful under Pakistani law and any other applicable legislation. pk364 does not provide legal advice to players regarding this determination.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk364 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. pk364 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Account Currency. All pk364 Accounts for players based in Pakistan are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk364 does not apply currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR throughout.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. pk364 may apply an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period are subject to closure.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pk364 Account at any time by contacting pk364 customer support. Any Real Funds balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being met.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk364 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. pk364 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum deposit thresholds may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your pk364 Account.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. pk364 does not guarantee specific processing times, which are subject to payment provider and banking system availability.
5.4 Identity Verification. pk364 is required to verify player identity before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of residential address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by pk364 may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
5.5 Withdrawal to Source of Deposit. pk364 applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be directed back to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be assessed by the pk364 payments team on a case-by-case basis.
5.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment methods not registered in the Account holder's own name are strictly prohibited. pk364 will return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source and may suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Important: pk364 does not charge fees on standard PKR withdrawals. Any fee shown during a withdrawal transaction is charged by the payment provider or bank, not by pk364. Players are advised to confirm fee structures with their payment provider before initiating a withdrawal.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers on pk364 are available to eligible registered players in accordance with the specific terms attached to each promotion. pk364 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any offer at its sole discretion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all pk364 Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry period are detailed in the individual promotion terms displayed within your pk364 Account.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. pk364 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, chip dumping in live casino games, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, and exploitation of software or pricing errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk364 will void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and may permanently close the Account.
6.4 Promotion Changes. pk364 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in but before wagering requirements are met, pk364 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice but is not obligated to do so.
6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active in a pk364 Account at any given time. Opting into a second bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of either or both bonuses.
7.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on pk364 are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to check all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. pk364 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error.
7.2 Odds and Pricing. pk364 publishes pre-match and live odds for cricket including PSL fixtures, bilateral international series, and ICC tournaments, as well as other sports where available. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
7.3 Void Bets. pk364 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors; late events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement; events cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in individual market rules; and any event where match-fixing or irregular activity is confirmed by a governing body.
7.4 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day across all pk364 betting markets. Specific limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. In the event that a cumulative single-day payout from multiple winning bets exceeds the stated daily maximum, pk364 will settle winnings up to the maximum limit and return the remainder as stake.

Live odds update in real time and bet confirmation may be delayed by a brief processing period. pk364 is not responsible for losses arising from connection interruptions during live betting sessions.
8.1 Game Availability. pk364 offers a live casino, slots, fishing games, and other casino-style products. Game availability may vary and pk364 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Return to Player (RTP). All slot and casino game outcomes on pk364 are determined by certified random number generators. 8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error during a game session, pk364 will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use pk364 intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any pk364 content without the prior written consent of pk364. Scraping of odds data, automated harvesting of game information, or any systematic extraction of content from the pk364 Platform is prohibited.

pk364's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by you into your pk364 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk364 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may affect access to the pk364 Platform. pk364 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
pk364 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account — and your access to the pk364 Platform — at any time and without prior notice if pk364 determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to pk364, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination for cause, pk364 may withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where termination results in confirmed fraud or breach, pk364 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including Real Funds — to cover losses suffered by pk364 or third parties as a direct result of the breach.
Upon Account closure at the player's own request, any Real Funds balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
pk364 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the pk364 Platform. The updated Terms will specify the date from which they take effect.
Your continued use of the pk364 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk364 holds its international gaming licence.
